sliding glass door pet door

I was wondering if anyone had one of these and if you do, what you think about it. I've been researching them and there is a wide choice of doors. I'm thinking double/dual pane and one of the heavier duty ones but one that is removeable so it doesn't present a problem whenever/ if ever, we should sell our home.

Have one? Recommend it? Love it? Hate it?
