Slam Ball

I have recently discovered the weighted slam ball — it’s like a medicine ball, but it doesn’t bounce. I absolutely love this piece of equipment. (Mine weighs 15lbs.) You get strength, flexibility and explosive cardio benefits from using it and it’s easier to hold and manipulate than kettlebells or dumbbells. It’s also incredible stress relief. There are several online workouts using the slam ball, but the gold standard would definitely be one made by Cathe. I’d buy it in a heart beat. Thanks!
