I haven't done this workout in a long time. It's a lot harder than I rememeber. Not too fond of hi/lo, but I made it through. Now I'm wiped. I was just in the bathroom and I heard my six year old knock over her bottle of water on the coffee table and knowing that my husband was in there with her I purposely hung out in the bathroom so that I didn't have to participate in the clean-up.

Okay, I feel better now that I got that off my chest!!!

There are a lot of resources online.

LOL! I've done things like that, too! Hey, the kids are half theirs, right? And Cathe just wiped the floor with you, so how can you be expected to wipe the floor for your kids?

SJP has a huge fun factor for me. I may do it tonight; still trying to decide. I did Step Blast last night, and yep, I had a blast.

I tell you, those low ends in SJP really get me. I don't know it is in this video that they are so hard, but I don't think I have made it through every rep yet. Well, it is a very fun workout, I love the music and the hi lo is very cute, but those low ends. . . urrrggggh.
 
Every time I do SJP I think it's the one workout that makes me sweat the most... and every time I do LM I think it's the one workout that makes me sweat the most... and every time I do LL I think it's the one workout that makes me sweat the most...

... but all things considered, I'm surprised every time I do SJP!
 
SJP is definitely my highest sweat factor - though maybe I just notice it more when I go from the cardio hi/los to the weights. Maybe you just feel the sweat dripping more when you slow down and hit every single rep. But it's right up there on my sweat factor - love it!
