Size of Weights Used in 4DS

Does anyone have a list of what size weights are used for the various exercises in the 4DS workouts? I know the weights are listed on the Mix n Match pages, but I can't figure out how to print them out. Sometimes the exercises move fast, and I find myself fumbling to get out the right size weights.

Hey, Dawn, check out Lanie's blog. She has a spreadsheet of all Cathe's workouts and what weights she uses. I print out the sheet for my workout. I use these ALL the time and it helps make my workouts go SO much smoother.
