Hi Cindy--personally I feel that anything that promises to get you in shape in 6 weeks or less is a little shady. The bottom line is there really is no easy way--it takes discipline, determination, desire, diet, all those lovely "D" words. Getting in shape is hard work!
But I don't want to discourage you--even though it's hard work it can still be enjoyable, & it makes you feel great physically, mentally, emotionally........fitness is fun!
