Six New Workout Ideas

-Kick Step Max - A step kickbox workout

-Hi/Lo Imax (like Imax only the 10 cardios/blasts are done on the floor - to me, the toughest intervals always take place on the floor anyway (like Kick Max's challenge or intervals 2,4,8,10 from Imax 1)

-An upper body/cardio circuit like Cardio & Weights but more intense cardio interspersed with fast paced upper body segments (either non-weighted stuff like push-ups, dips, fast jabs for biceps - or slow & heavy stuff to keep the heart rate up there)

-A lower body-flavored kickbox workout - A cardio kickbox workout with lots of emphasis on kicks (kind of like Low Max in that it offers non-weighted lower body toning benefits)

-Upper Body Max - an uber tough upper body workout using heavy weights, slow reps, and dumbbells only - like a cross between S&H and PUB

-Boot Camp II using the med ball during cardio segments - super intense cycles of cardio, lower body, compound movements to keep the heart rate up the whole time

If I could add a 7th:

Travel Max: a cardio, muscle endurance and flexibility workout that uses no equipment except a Dynaband for the muscle work.

The Travellin' Set has been agitating for a workout like this, and I think it's long overdue.
