When Cathe says 500 situps in her rotation, does she mean the old-fashioned kind where you sit all the way up to your bent knees? I'm assuming she would have said crunches if she had meant crunches (because she has in past rotations).
I couldn't bang out 500 situps though--I kept having to take breaks after sets and it was taking forever; so I did 300 situps, 100 crunches, and the last 100 I alternated 10 situps & 10 crunches. I was feeling my hip flexors this morning.
