Good Morning!

I'm having a tough time with this so far today. My allergies are so bad that I feel like I have the flu, so it's tempting to let it all hang out. I'm trying though. So far, I've noticed my posture is improving a little. It doesn't make my back (and oddly my pecs) quite so sore to sit very straight.

I hope everyone is having a great Hump Day!

Okay, I'm off to a good start this morning. Sucking in that GUT! I stayed up late last night because I didn't have have to work late and even though I feel a little tired this morning, I remembered to watch my posture. Yeah! Hang in there ladies. We can do it.

Sucking in that gut.. but it is so hard when you've been up since 2 a.m.:( I have two more hours to work, but I know it's going to feel like ten. Hardly any sleep, caffeine cravings, and TTOM with a vengeance. I am telling myself 'this too shall pass'... and it had better hurry up. Sorry about taking off on a tangent on this thread.....

Thanks for the reminder! Why can't I remember to do this? Will it eventually become totally natural...or is there nothing natural about sucking in your gut?

Tammy,

It's like anything else. You're either used to it or you aren't. But you can become used to it. I'm forgetting left and right, but as soon as I read the SITG sign on my monitor or see this thread, I'm back at it and the effect lasts quite a while.

I think it will be more natural after a couple weeks of it, don't you?
