Morning everyone!

I can't believe how this challenge has made me so aware of how often I am sitting around with poor posture and my gut sticking out. Or even walking around. I keep catching myself and sucking it in.

This was a great idea, Becky!:)

Why thank you, Shelley! Good morning to you, too!

I wound up a bit slouchy last night for an hour or so. This morning I'm sort of contracting different areas of my abs to see what sort of voluntary control I possess. That's what life is like in the fast lane! :p

Becky, I agree with Shelly - thanks for this challenge! I was always a posture coach for my kids, but as I age, I find I have not been as conscientious. Your challenge is putting me back on track - I remind myself constantly, and am also surprised at how often my posture is REALLY bad! Thanks for the challenge & the daily check-ins! You are making a difference for many of us!

OK. Back on track. Yesterday I was so crampy & bloated from having had some cabbage I just gave up. but I'm tighetned my core as soon as I saw the SITG title.

I find I am thinking of it even without sitting at my desk and staring at my SITG post-it note. Hopefully this will become ingrained. I have terrible rounded-shoulders posture as I have been a transcriptionist for almost 20 years and my sitting posture is terrible. I am trying to hold my shoulders back as well as SITG.

I am really working at this one. Especially when I am working out. I concentrate hard on keeping it sucked in through out the workout. Thanks luna for this challenge.

If only you all could see me suck in my gut as soon as I read the post title...LOL! Anyway, I'm doing it now!
