Good rainy Friday morning everyone!

How are you doing with your gut sucking and up-rightedness?

The gut sucking is no problem for me today considering the Metro looks a bit like a war zone what with all the armed police officers and security cameras! It's hard to no keep it sucked in when the lights go out on your train!

Today, I really need to work on my posture more than anything else.

Morning!

Not raining here yet, but I'm hoping! My poor garden is looking Sahara like. I think I saw cacti growing this morning.

I'm still trying really hard at this and remembering more often than not.

Hi Ladies,
My lower back is feeling a little touchy (too many Terminators and/or dead lifts?), so remembering to suck it in & stand tall is easy - eases the back. Also wearing shorts with tight elastic waist helps as a reminder. Still appreciating this challenge! Look forward to seeing you next week - we'll be the posture models;-)

Somedays when I am doing this I don't like you very much Naw kidding I am sucking as much as possible and wishing the posture thing wasn't such a problem. I keep rounding the shoulders!
