There's also http://www.craigslist.org/. I think it's ebay owned but no bidding is required and you can buy/sell in your area.

www.videofitness.com has a trade/swap only forum on their site. You can trade equipment too.
The Firm Yaya's has a swap/sell forum. You post your list with selling prices and, if you're willing to trade, your wish list. Look at a couple of postings to see how to do it. You need to register (it's free) in order to post on the Yaya's site. The link is http://p199.ezboard.com/bfirmbelivers.
It is SNM's policy to not allow posts for trades or sales on their forums.
And there's always Craig's List too.

I've done very well on ebay. In fact I have my fanny lifter up right now (replaced with the high step thank goodness!) and it's already up to fd's retail for a brand new one. People tend to be lazy and not look around, therefore paying MORE than they have to for used items on ebay!
