Sister is 4 months pregnant

I have a question I am hoping you ladies can help out with. My little sister is 4 months pregnant and overweight as it is. She might be coming to live with me. I eat healthy and work out. I am going to be helping her eat healthy and work out so that she doesn't gain unnecessary weight and when she has the baby I want to help her so that it is easier for her to lose the weight that she has held on to for so long. My question is... Do you ladies have an idea of a workout routine that I could start her out on while she is pregnant? Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

Hi and congrats to you, the auntie to be. First of all, is your sister committed to exercise? If she isn't don't push it . If she is, I'd start her out walking and perhaps doing walk aerobics tapes such as Leslie Sansone. I would also get her some light weights and try basic step/body fusion with her. You may want to try the tape fit mama for her. Her body will need very easy tapes , given that she is out of shape and pregnant.
