I love these forums, so thank you to all you active people out here
! I've been doing Cathe workouts for about 2 years now, and they have really saved me through some of the toughest times in my life.
To the point
: I'm a single mom with two little toddlers which means working out is demanding; I wake up at 5am (like so many others out there I know) 5-6 mornings per week, which means going to bed at the same time with my kids. I'm exhausted, I think.
I would simply love to exchange thoughts with others in a similar situation. How do you survive? How do you incorporate working out into the daily routine? How do you deal with with the emotional stress?
Would anyone be interested in a check-out for single moms? I'm very much needing support now, so I hope somebody responds to this..
