Single leg RDL --- On the bench/STEP from home

Hi Everyone,

For anyone willing to add variety as we have been encouraged to do, here below is a clip.

It is a a single leg rdl. What is different is it takes out completely the momentum off the non- working leg.
Anyone wary of her or his stability ability can rest assured and fully focus on the working leg.

:DWhat i love about this variation is you can actually increase the load without jeopardising your lower back.;)

Anyone without any issue and used to this will definitely feel the glute more.
Hope you like it. I like it for heavier load. This feels great for horizontal hold.
It is great to switch horizontal and vertical hold. To me it feels better as far as my grip ability is concerned.
Also switching holds feel better on my wrist.


ETA: Oh..... This can be done using a Barbell. Ok I leave your creative mind and ability to figure that one out:D:D;)
