Singing the praises of MIS

I have had MIS sitting on my shelf since May and just began using it since August. This is one GREAT tape. No nonsense, effective, excellent instruction - it's amazing how she gives a cue just at a point your form is slipping! I have added this tape once a week (I rotate different cardios ( including Cathe step tapes 3 times per week and Firms the other three days.)
I have Power Hour and the Pure Strength series. Will add those in to my routine. It's amazing how quickly the results appear!!!
I am one happy lady.

Shame on you for keeping "dust" on MIS! :p

It really is a terrific workout. Like you said, no-nonsensed and straight to the point. That is what I like so much about Cathe! Welcome to the MIS club....now, if I could only finish those squats, plies and lunges without taking a break! :+

MIS is the one workout that makes my inner thighs sore the next day every single time. I don't know what it is because I believe there is only one set of plie squats but they manage to work me hard and good.

I agree about the inner thigh soreness. Since the inner thigh muscles are used for balance, I am pretty sure it's the lunges that she *makes* us do. You do 16 per leg with a barbell 2x's, then lunges with dumbbells on the floor, then lunges off of the step. I really like MIS too. It hits everything.
 
I've been using this workout a lot more since I got the DVD. I can easily split up the workout - (add the cardio portion of BodyMax if I want :D).

I've been doing a rotation using MIS lower body, PS: SL&A and PLB alternating with cardio days for two weeks and I'm already seeing great results.
 
My absolute all time favorite!!! It was my very first video of Cathe. Even though I have several others, I use this one regularly and makes me sore each time.
