Is it hard to manoeuvre yourself around on a foam-roller when working on your back? I've got Petrone Balls & you just lie still on those and wait for something to happen!

It does sometimes take a bit of contorting, and you want to make sure to roll on each side of the spine (each side separately), rather than on the spine itself. You're basically in a side-angled 'reverse plank' position, supporting yourself on your elbows and/or knees and/or feet, and moving your body over the roller. But there's no rule saying you can't set up a kitchen chair (or even two) or something next to you and use it/them to help manoeuvre into position.
