Simplistic question: Editing one's WM

I feel like a klutz, since I asked this question a year and a half ago. So I apologize in advance.

How does one edit one's workout manager (WM)? I go into my "user's CP", then I'm lost. I can't even find my WM!

Could somebody give me a step-by-step, idiot-proof lesson?

To edit the WM you need to go to the WM and login, not your User CP. I need to know what your trying to do to help you further.
