I love love love Total Body circuits that don't miss any body parts. Complete time-saver circuits is best for maximizing time!

You can then have the premix options with just the weight segments similar to STS and premix of just the step. so that you have variety, make everyone in the other posts happy, and still have fast complete workouts. :)

I work 8 to 10 hours a day. so I don't have time to get cardio one day or 3(STS) or 4-day body parts because I'll do one part and not be able to do the next body part for a week. :confused: :confused:

For me: Circuits! Circuits! Circuits! get everything done in one day, just in case I can't work out tomorrow are the best! Sometimes I'll go two to 3 days without being able to work out because of long work hours.
I start to get ready for work at 4am get back home by about 6pm to get dinner ready and have to be in bed by 8p or I am trashed the next day. so Complete Time-saver workouts are the best!
