<---gives Cath the skinny on Leslie: If you like Leslie, you'll like this. It's 5 miles and from start to finish takes about 70 minutes. You can do the whole 5 miles or choose one of the premixes that allow you to do 3 different 3-mile walks, but there is no WU.
Mile 1: uses light handweights; about 14 min.
Mile 2: incoporates light jogging; the quickest pace at about 10 min.
Mile 3: uses the ab belt--not sure about the duration
Mile 4: about 12 min.; no boosters
Mile 5: uses the stretchie band and lasts about 12 min
Premix 1: miles 4, 2, 1
Premix 2: miles 4, 2, 3
Premix 3: miles 4, 2, 5
