I know this is a stupid question, but the weight bands that come with the BTR, do they count as 25lbs per band? Or 25lbs for the both of them? I'm thinking 25lbs per band making it 50 lbs if you use both of them. Is that right? They are so small, they don't seem like they are as much resistance as they say on the band. Sorry for the ignorance.
