Silly Me!

I feel kind of stupid asking this, but what do I do when I'm doing a premix and the card in between stays on for a long time and then skips to the next section. I have been using the button on my remote to go back a chapter, but there is probably a better way. I love doing the premixes on the new DVDs, but I think I am not working with my remote correctly.

I don't really understand the question. When you use the premixes, you shouldn't have to use the remote at all after you choose the premix you want to do. The workout should go automatically to the correct section after the intro card. Are you using the remote because the DVD is freezing, then skipping to where it shouldn't be?

Yes, I guess so.... When I do a premix, like Body Max 2 Scrambled Eggs, when it goes from Step Circuit 1 to Power Circuit 1 a card comes up telling me what is next, but instead of going into the Power Circuit, the next card comes up and then the next..., so I have to hit the back button on the remote. I feel like I had something similar happen on a SJP/Step Blast premix and someone gave me adviceon what to do, but I can't remember what that was.

Can anyone help me?? I think I'm just technically inept!

It shouldn't be doing that. The only reason would be that the DVD is defective, or there is something about it that your DVD player does not deal well with. As I said in my previous post, you 'shouldn't have to chapter around to get the premixes to play as-is.

You might want to ask this question in "Ask Cathe," but address it to SNM instead (Chris is good at answering DVD player questions/problems).
