Today I decided to have an "easy" Cathe day and do Step Works. Well,silly me,I don't know what I was thinking! I try to switch her tapes around a lot so I don't get bored and haven't done this one in a couple weeks. Anyway,I started out with springs in my feet bouncin' all over and then... poof! I was begging her to take it easy on me! During her"cool down" I was laughing when she said she felt pretty cool now and I was still puffing! I should've known better - my Cathe would never take it easy on me! Next time I want an "easy" day I better choose to not do Cathe! ;-) Lol -Susan
 
Hi Susan,

I had to laugh aloud because I've done the same thing, only to say to myself half way through the workout, "and WHY did I think this was an EASY workout?!"
There is no such thing if it's Cathe! :)

The closest Cathe ever came to an "easy" workout, IMO, is the CTX Kickbox cardio segment.
