Sick & Sidelined!!

I'm doing the 6 month rotation for STS. This was supposed to begin my 3rd week of Meso 3 but I just got a nasty sore throat, stuffy head; you name it I have it! I have 0 energy to workout. Do you think it would be ok to skip STS this week and start again next week? I'm just worried that the break in the program will set me back.
 
Yes I think it is OK to skip a week, recover and that get back into it. Really what is the alternative? I always worry that if I work out too hard when I am sick I will just be sick longer. Don't know if that is rational or not. Your body needs a rest. Give it to it.
 
You should definitely take care of yourself and allow your body to heal. Better to lose just one week than several weeks from relapsing and getting sicker.

I had the flu back in November and had to do the same thing! It didn't hurt to be off by one week. You should be okay with that!
