Hi Challengers!
Happy Hump Day everyone!
So the DOMS is layering itself onto my lower body! I love it!}( I already had a bit and then yesterday's elliptical w/o must've been a good one cause now I have MORE!:+
I have weights on tap for today as well as cardio. I may do only u/b today and do l/b tomorrow or friday. I am dying to hit the TM today. I have to walk around and analyze my knee. If it seems okay, I am going to try it. I can always keep it short if I need to.
I am getting ready to download my first HOUR long Itread work out! I am excited to take the challenge and face the torture and see if I can survive it!}( I'll certainly make sure my knee is 100% first though.
The heat is disapating a bit...we had a big storm blow through last night which cooled it off some. I think it's still going to be in the upper 80's but it shouldn't be quite as deadly!
Alright..I've babbled enough! It's someone else's turn now!
