showers

I know you guys mentioned showers in between workouts and I'm sure I'll need one - I am one that sweats like crazy. Will there be so much going on between the workouts that we won't want to miss therefore won't have time to shower? (did any of that make sense?)

Yes, Tina, I know exactly what you are asking. There will be brief periods to freshen up but we are looking at a fairly packed schedule. I know for me, my hair is super duper thick and takes forever to dry sooo no hair washing for me. No one would get near the mirror if I got it first! :7 I'd say bring some fresh wipes and a hair dryer for a quick touch up if time is too short to shower. (Or at least too short to wash your hair) We are still working on the class times, lectures, eating and all sooo hopefully we can answer this more def later. Sorry, hope it helps a BIT.

Thanks Debbie! Sure does help alot! No way I'd even think of washing my hair between workouts...could you imagine "fixing" your hair that many times in one day?

Pony tails and hair clips will be your friend on Saturday. It will keep your hair looking somewhat "contained." :)

I know what you mean -- there is no way that I will be able to shampoo my hair after every workout (I have super curly hair that takes forever to blow dry to tame down so it's presentable!). I will be putting it up until the last workout on Saturday and THEN shampoo it really, REALLY well (which it will need!).

I will probably use the baby wipe suggestion (they are on my list of things to bring!).
