Shoulders

Hi! I have been working out for years but have a problem. No matter what excersice I do I can't get that great v-cut on my arms. I have great biceps and triceps but no v-cut. Please help!

Hi, I'm no expert, but yoga has helped me a lot with that. The downward-facing dog pose, where your body is in the position of an inverted "V", with only your hands and feet touching the floor; if you press as much of your weight as possible onto your hands, it works your shoulders nicely.
