Shoulder Work

Need advise please:
I am doing Kickboxing (95% Cathe) 3x a week right now and want to know how to inlude my shoulder work? I like working 1 body part a day and am not sure to do it on the same day as a Kickbox w/o or seperate them...
I have developed great definition in the shoulders the past few months and don't want to lose that or the strength I've built but don't want to risk injury either.... suggestions / tips ??

I would put your shoulder work on the same day as a kickboxing day, so that you can incorporate some recovery time for them.

Are you doing cardio every day, or just the 3x/week?

Here would be my suggestion for your rotation if you are doing 1 bodypart/day:

Day 1 Chest/ Kickbox
Day 2 Legs/ (other cardio if you are doing it )
Day 3 Back/kickbox
Day 4: Tris/other cardio if you are doing it:
Day 5: Shoulders/Kickbox
Day 6: Bis/ other cardio if you are doing it
Day 7: REST

Not sure what type of strength training you are doing, endurance or more mass building, but the rotation above would probably give you the most recovery time for the body parts based on the kickboxing schedule.

I agree with doing the shoulder work the same day as kickboxing, but I would put the weight work after the kickboxing (between the KB workout and the stretch).
