Hi Cathe,
I have a question about shoulder work. I have arthritis in my neck on the left side. When I do front raises and side raises, my left side feels some impingement. This only happens when I raise both arms simultaneously. Last night I experimented with pyramid shoulders and found that if I raise arms one at a time I can do more reps with higher weight (5,8,10 DB) and it's much more comfortable - no twinges at all. Am I still getting the same benefit if I do them that way?
Thanks for your help!
