Shoulder Video

Hi Cathe,
I hope you might consider the possibility of doing one extra tape that will just be for shoulders, triceps and biceps. I know a lot of us are really into focusing on the shoulder area and getting those great cuts.

I personally always try to incorporate extra work on these 3 muscles and usually line up an extra tape for these specific body parts, or I will stop and pause your tape while I do extra work on shoulders, triceps and biceps, or I will find these particular body parts to be worked on different tapes.and do them on a different day. It would be great if I had a tape that would be specifically for my extra day of this upper body area. As you would say, "just a sugestion".

DITTO for me too!! I've been working these areas an extra day too. I've become so much stronger and more cut and its been only my second week. Hope you consider this PLUS the PYRAMID system. Oh please let this be in your new round of tapes. Please oh pretty please Cathe!! Kathy
 
Me too! Great idea! I do the same thing, sometimes combining upper body workouts from other Cathe videos. I find that shoulder work is much more difficult for me than other body parts. I need to work it a little more.

Another vote from me! It would be ideal, as I always add in one extra day of strictly shoulders, biceps, and triceps.

Oh WOW! What a smokin' good idea!!!! I've been trying to figure out how to work all the body parts in twice a week, but not have to work-out on Sundays. Since I'm not so concerned with chest and legs, I'll just do arms and back. I can't believe I never thought of that before!

DUH!
