I will be having shoulder surgery this Friday for a few small tears and fraying. Likely recovery time is 3 months. Afterwards I hope to finally get some strength back in my body since this has take a severe toll in my workout ability, particular weights. But I'll need to go slow. I was thinking maybe STS and then RWH? Any ideas from anyone else that has gone through this? I think it would be best to stay away from the metabolic type workouts since the speed will be too fast for me at first.
