Should I, shouldn't I?..I really want to..good grief@#!...

I currently am enjoying Cathe's beginning rotation...I am in my 4th week. Just the jump from week 123, to 456 was an eye opener. I had to take my step from the 8in step that I did for week 123 back down to 6 inches, just to be able to keep my breath and make it all the way through the dvd without taking breaks.

I went back to doing the beginning rotation from the fat loss rotation with the hardcore series, so that I could build up stamina and strength to get through the hardcore series and still feel good the next day to keep going...

Taking it one step at a time to build a solid foundation for myself, so I don't make the same mistake with the hardcore series and try doing too much, because then I don't follow through with it for any length of time.

Ok with that said, I would like to know if it would be wise for me to get the new dvds just filmed. I had pre-ordered them at one point, then thought better of it, thinking I wouldn't possibly be able to keep up at this point.

Now I'm wondering if I did the right thing. What do you think?

I think the new ones would be great for you. They are mostly circuit workouts and those should really shock your system into losing weight. You can always go lighter on the weights, pause the DVD if you feel your HR start to go way too high, or even just modify the moves (take out some jumps) until you feel like you can do the workout as is. I think it would be a great motivation.

Get the new workouts at the lower preorder price. If you can't do them at this point, you will be there. I agree that the time saver premixes that will be available on these workouts is a good place to start while you work up to the full workout. You will want them at some point so get them while you can get a price break.

You're absolutely right...

Although, I'm having a love-hate relationship with my credit card right now, it's better than waiting for the regular price to hit...

So I ordered the new dvds, now I can't wait, I hope I can push my way to that kind of fitness level...

I am really determined now:)
