Should I put it on my birthday list?

I've asked my husband for the Gym Style workouts for my birthday. I have Stretch Max, Core Max and IMAX3. With Gym Styles, that only leaves Muscle Max, High Step Challenge, Lo Max and Kick Max. I've already decided that I'm not interested in Muscle Max and Lo Max because I don't want any more muscle endurance workouts right now and I did Lo Max with Fit TV and didn't dig it so much.

So...if I'm not super crazy about kickboxing, should I get Kick Max? I don't see much on High Step Challenge...what do you think of that one? Or should I not bother with either of those and let him surprise me with something else. That usually turns out to be a CD that he wants.:)

I really like High Step Challenge - gets me right on the cheeks every time! As Cathe would say "You know the cheeks that I am talking about!" But is that considered a muscle endurance workout? I think it's a circuit, right? Anyways, get that one! :)

KickMax is a good workout and I like the fact that it has the leg work afterwards. It's a nice way to work the leg and cool down. I think it has a different feel to it than KPC though although I can't seem to put into words why right now. I like the premixes too! All that being said if you are ont a kickboxing person, you may not like it.

I really like HSC. i think it is a great workout, my heart rate stays up and the time flies by. There are a few cardio segments that i could do without, but overall, i think that it is awsome. ;-)

i didn't like kickboxing, so i didn't get kickmax. :p

Yeah, kickmax is different from kpc,but I like it better as far as toning. I like kpc also but kickmax works your legs with balance and the leg conditioning drills at the end are awesome.

The gymstyles are great workouts.

Don't get KM if you're not into kickboxing. It's not the best one Cathe has done, but I keep it for the combos and the leg drills, which I can tack into my floor work.

HSC is one of those workouts I don't use much of, except for those times when I want to shock my body. But even though I don't reach for it often, I like it a lot. Like Jes says, it keeps your heart rate up and time flies by.
