Kick Max has gotten some bad reviews, but it is my absolute favorite workout right now. I do it at least once a week. I'm 43 years old with an hourglass figure. For the last 5 years I've worn relaxed fit jeans and I believe that because of Kick Max I can now wear regular fit. My thighs have shaped up more than ever from this workout. So, I say YES, definitely get it for her.
i like kickmax. where kpc has an abs segement,km has a leg segment both have low impact kick/punch drills(even though kpc is a little bit higher impact) and high intensity drills. the only think with kick max is that the high impact segment isn't ALL kickboxing. lots of athletic moves in there too. but a great workout all around
