Cathlete
Hello everyone!
I am fairly new to Cathe's work outs and have been using a smaller home step from Wal-Mart. My question is should I move on and invest in a larger, regular club step? I have not gotten a high step but plan on getting one in the future and know that the risers are interchangeable so I am trying to decide, which to buy, club step with just the high step topper or just get a high step.
Also do many of you do the step work outs with all four risers? My current step only has one set of two. I consider myself an advanced exerciser and eventually I think I might want to up my cardio once I get all of Cathe's steps down. Is this a realistic plan?
Sorry for all the questions; I think I am in the same boat that most of you are in, $$ is tight and I would rather save where I can so that I can buy more Cathe DVD's!!}(
