Shorter workouts

I plan for working out twice a day, once during my lunch break. I get 45 minutes for lunch but I would like a 30 minute workout to give me time to change and clean up before going back to work. I plan on doing my 2nd wokrout in the evenings after work. I will have about 30-45 minutes available in the evenings. I want a balance of cardio and total body body sculpting. This is my first week doing Cathe's workouts. I have noticed that some of the workouts are 60 minutes or more. I need something shorter in duration, but I can do two workouts a day most of the time. Any ideas on which of Cathe's workouts would be best for my schedule?

Thank you,
Angel

Aside from the ab and stretching stuff, there aren't many short workouts. She does have a Timesaver DVD from the Body Blast series. Otherwise, I'd suggest you make use of the many premixes available on the newer discs (Intensity Series and newer). They just about all have timesaver premixes and you could try those or other premixes that fit your time constraints. Some of the discs have a "workout blender" where you can program in any sections you want and play them. Then you could make your own "timesaver" workout. Hope you find some great workouts that work for you!

An option would be to try the CTX series. Each workout is under an hour, with 30 minutes of cardio followed by 1 upper body part per workout (except for Leaner Legs, which is all lower body weight work). You could do a cardio portion at lunch, and then the weight work in the evening.

Thank you both very much for the responses. I was thinking about CTX but I am not familiar yet with Cathe's workouts.

Most of the newer videos have the premix option, providing you with shorter workout options. I have IMAX 2, 3 and Low Max and often choose to do a premix of 30 minutes and then jump on my treamdmill for another 30. The weight tapes have premix options to. If you do Pyramid up or down only on the Pyramid upper body tape that is about a 25 minute workout. Don't limit yourself to just the timesaver and CTX because of your time restraints. I just love the fact that Cathe has started doing premixes.
