Short Yoga Videos

Hi,
I have a ton of Yoga videos, but I do not often use them. I would like to know if anyone has favorite shorter yoga videos. I would like to incorporate more yoga/stretching into my workout schedule, but I really don't want to spend more than 20 to 30 minutes, because I am unwilling to give up some sort of cardio on any given day, and I have to fit all my workouts into the morning before I leave for work.
Please help! Thank you!

caribbean workout put out a two pack one called stretch into yoga that has 3 stretching flows about 20 min each. the other yoga for the core has flows that help focus on core, legs, or just get a little power yoga. there is also denise austin's yoga body burn or fat blasting yoga. its broken down into 10-30 min segments of power flows and yoga body burn has a special 10 min. stretch wind down. i don't find them very strenous even though they move through a good paced flow. i also have 10 min. solution yoga which i like to program for 10-50 min yoga sessions. sara ivanhoe also put out a series a few years back called yoga makeover where all the videos were only 20 min. each. most yoga zones also have 2-20 min. yoga sessions on them.

I regularly use David Swenson's Ashtanga: The Short Forms. It has a 15 minute, 30 minute, and 45 minute routine that is based on the primary series of Ashtanga. The full primary series is about an hour and 15 minutes.

One that I have been enjoying lately is "Budokon" with Cameron Shayne. It's yoga with some martial arts at the end. Some people don't care for him and I would say the video I have is more Basic/Intermediate, but that's exactly what I need right now. The workout moves quickly and the yoga part can be as short as 20 minutes if you skip the martial arts at the end. The Carribean Yoga is also pretty good. I usually do at least 2 segments of the video, and am done in I believe 40 minutes. I prefer the shorter yoga videos, since I don't have a whole lot of time to devote to yoga.

Another option is Sara Ivanhoe's 20 Minute Yoga Makeovers..it comes as a 5-DVD set, a different body part is targeted with each one. A good series, IMHO.

yep...I have this. I don't use it as much as I should but it's very good for people like me who aren't serious about yoga/stretching but want to get a little bit in here and there.

I don't use them as much as I should, either, I really, really, really, have to be in the mood to do yoga, simply because I really don't feel all that great when I'm finished lots of times.

This set is the perfect length, any longer, I start to get really bored.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I love yoga but I'm in the same situation of trying to fit it in with strength training and cardio. I use yoga for stretching and relaxation.

The tape (its available on DVD too) that I absolutely love is AM & PM Yoga Conditioning for Weight Loss, with Suzanne Deason, the AM session. It moves your spine in all directions (side bend, twist, forward, back), its not strenuous, and it covers all of the major yoga poses done briefly. The sessions are 25 minutes long. The PM one is ok, too. She uses blocks but you don't have to.

I have been using Spinervals Athletic Yoga 3.0 a lot. It has 4 segments so you can do one or two or all. It has an energy sequence, swim, bike, and run. The longest segment is run and it runs about 22 minutes, the shortest is the energy segement and it is 10 min.. They have two others that I would like to have 2.0 came out after 3.0 I enjoy doing a longer yoga squence but usually do not have the tme to spend.
Yoga Shatki is another one that I use a lot for shorter yoga workouts. You can mix and match segments to make it however long you want and to hit the areas that you want.
