OK - so this isn't brain surgery, but this just occurred to me......I know that the DVD owners can shorten up workouts and mix and match things to make tons of different workouts. So, I got to thinking - I have approx. 30 minutes in the morning where I could workout. I was getting a little tired of CTX vids all the time and got to thinking that I could do ANY cardio tape and just stop and the spots where Cathe takes heart rate checks. In Step Blast - for example - I could just do the first segment and then stop and get ready for work.
OK - I KNOW you are all wondering if I'm blonde (and I am :7 LOL) But, as plain and simple as this is it's true. I just couldn't seem to get past the idea that when I put in a vid I need to do the WHOLE thing and not cut any of it out. If I do I feel that I'm cheating myself. OK - I must be tired after Step Blast tonight because I'm just ramblin' on and on and on......
I'm really not an airhead - it's so simple that it just wasn't obvious to me I guess.
