ShopCathe Customer Service???

Hi Everyone,

Has anyone ever tried to contact ShopCathe Customer Service? I sent an email to them on Friday night and again last night and haven't heard back. My husband bought me a gift certificate to ShopCathe and when I tried to enter the certificate number to redeem it, I got a message saying it isn't valid (and I know it is). Has anyone else ever had either one of these issues? I'm hoping to make my first purchase on ShopCathe.com, but it doesn't seem to be working out that way This is really bumming me out!!!

Linda - They have been swamped shipping out pre-orders all weekend. There were several messages out last week on the forum to not expect responses from Customer Service at all while the pre-sales were being packaged. They are probably trying to catch up now on all of their messages.

Hi Linda, I was wondering if you got an answer ShopCathe, I just tried to use my gift certificate and had the same problem.
