I have large feet and wear a size 10 in altheletic shoe. I can not find a shoe that doesn't "flatten out" and feel like they wiegh a ton on my feet half way through a work out.

What is the best shoe for step aerobics, and floor cardio work?

I don't know if anyone has that problem, but I am also rather clumsy when I try to do some fast foot work with my big feet added with the shoe.

Help I would like some light and comfortable work out shoe.

New Balance have some very light shoes, and I think Cathe tends to wear Rykas (spelling?)
Also, perhaps you need some arch supports. Since I started using arch supports my feet don't get as tired as quickly and they don't hurt as much.

Cathe stated in another post that she uses a "Lateral Support System" which I think is a fancy term for fancy arch supports.

Shoes are probably the most important equipment you buy, in terms of preventing injury. You should find out what type of foot you have .... do you have high arches, overpronate, etc. A good running store can analyze your foot; also, I'm sure there are internet sites that can give you a good idea based on a wet footprint.

Everyone is different, but I personally like Asics. I wear an 11 but order a 1/2 size larger. You can look on Zappos.com for great reviews.

Happy shopping!
