Please check out zcoil shoes. I love them! I got them for my heel pain and lower back pain.
So far I have done the following workouts with them: Imax2,High step training advanced, step blast, supersets, Leg and glutes, KPC, stabilty ball portion of PLB, P90x, slim series, TLP core foundations and the all wt workout by Tracie long.
The shoes have allowed me to up my intensity. I had been compensating b/c my feet were hurting.
