SHipping mistake & slow response

Hi, I ordered 2 DVD"s from your website, and when I got them in they were Video's instead, I have the reciept showing I paid for DVD's,

I have sent two emais and I have had no response back yet, and I had heard that they usually respond in 24 hours... I am really anxious to get my DVD"S, I have been looking forward to them since I ordered them...

I need to know what I am to do...
Amd I was wondering if this is a common problem and will be fixed soon?
