Cathe or SMN what will the shipping charge be if I don't buy the cycle dvd? & can I place an order from past dvds/equipment at the time of the pre-order purchase to make my order $10 more for free shipping?

We use "Live" rates for both UPS and USPS, so your shipping charges depend on where you live and how much your package weighs. But yes you can add to your pre-sale order by ordering current DVDs or most Fitness by Cathe products and as long as your order totals over $99 it will ship free (USA customers only).
