RE: Our Shipping Rates
We use UPS live rates for our shipping charges. We only charge $1 more than what UPS charges us. UPS charges a surcharge on all residential deliveries. This fee can vary anywhere from $1 to $4 in addition to their normal shipping rates. I know this may seem high, but shipping rates have dramatically increased during the last few years. Also,there is very little difference in the shipping rates UPS charges between ordering 1 DVD or 15 DVDs. We can actually ship a distributor 100 DVDs for just a little more than we can ship a residential customer just 1 DVD.x(

Hi Shannon! Oh, its not a problem. I realize not everyone knows where to post every type of question. But after hearing from customer service that this question comes up a lot since the prices have increased so dramatically in the last few years, we thought it might benefit others by posting the answer online.
