Shipping and Handling Costs for STS?

For those of us who must count our pennies, could you please tell us what the shipping and Handling costs for the STS series will be? I was hoping that because it costs more than $99 it would have free shipping. But I really need to know so I will be ready for the pre-order tomorrow.
