No workout today. I was up too late last night helping a friend out. But, it's probably good that I'm not working out because I've not had a rest day in almost two weeks.
Today's workout was STS Total Body. I'm trying to follow Cathe's rotation with some running substituted in for a few cardios. i had to skip some of the bonus burns b/c I was already fried. I was on fiyah!!!!!!!!!
