Shelley...I saw that you were going to e-mail me Cathe's compendium...I never got it. Just wondering if I misunderstood...Believe it or not, I have a CAthe file!!! It includes all of the rotations that I printed (mind you, I haven't done one yet!), and lots of other helpful tips from the forums that I've printed. And my wish list of course. The compendium would be a great addition!

Shelley...just got the e-mail. Thanks so much!!!! You are a sweetheart. Just a quick question...people on the forum talk about trading their dvd's and tapes that they don't use. I have the Firm BSS 2 & 3 and never like either of them, plus a million more that I'd love to get rid of, and maybe get some money for so that I can get the entire CAthe collection!!! Any idea where people do this?

I'll jump in to help you here. You can ebay your stuff or go to www.videofitness.com and they have a place where you swap w/ other people.
