I'm wondering if holding my baby (who is now 9 months old) in the "cocked hip position" is causing a problem. I seemed to have a knot in my right buttock while working out the other day, and this is the only thing I can attribute it to.
Is there a "form pointer" for holding the baby this way, such as holding in the abs? It seems silly to me, but maybe it would work? And could holding her this way be contributing to my inability to get rid of the C-Section pooch at this point?
I am still breastfeeding, so I thought that might be it. But the longer postpartum I get, the more I wonder.
Sorry for the rambling - I just wanted to get all my theories in there!! (I am doing the July Rotation currently, if that helps you see where I am in my fitness level.)
I'm also wondering if I should be cutting back on my sugar intake. I recently read that people who add sugar to their foods/beverages are likely to gain 2 1/2 pounds a week! Yikes!! I do use sugar in my coffee and I could give this up if it would help me lose that layer in the middle!!
Thanks,
