Shaking legs

what does it mean when your legs shake during the end of the workout - does it just mean you've worked them really hard? I find that whenever I up my weights, i shake. Anyone know?
 
I'm not sure. I think it might have something to do with lactic acid build up.

All I do know is you must be doing it right, cause Cathe's legs shake during PS legs!!!
 
In MIS she even says 'It's ok if you're starting to shake - it means your working!' And I was shaking like crazy at this point, so I think it's normal and a healthy reaction to intensive weight training.
 
yeah it is. Every time I do sit and stands!!! That's the one that does it for me, either in PS legs or Leaner Legs.
