Did you read my answer to your post on the other forum? It sounds like you might have! I edited it immediately after I wrote it to include the whole S&H series!
It's hard to find S&H separately or together but check http://pub109.ezboard.com/ffirmbeliversfrm13?page=1
and the Fitprime swap board too. (Anyone?) Cathe has good prices right here on her board and CKSales in Canada does also.
