I would like to purchase an attachment . My question is : "how do you set up a landmine?"
So far I have used a step riser

Has anyone managed to successfully set up a Landmine at home without drilling any wall?
I have looked around and there are few options for attachments.
What do you ladies and gents use?
Now before anyone send me to a gym membership, I would like to remind that Cathe has stared herself lifting a landmine.

Alternative to heavy dumbbells?
Advice needed! My dumbbells are not heavy enough for doing horizontal back rows anymore, especially in phase 3 of STS. I looked into getting more dumbbells but they are very expensive at those weights. Hi Cathe,  I have watched a few workouts with a bar called land mine exercises, I experimented in my room by putting a tennis ball with a cut in it in the corner and inserted the weight bar with some weight on just a small plate to try and it was effective and fun!
